2016年—2022年日照地区因膝骨性关节炎行全膝关节置换病例的特征及趋势分析

Clinical characteristics and trends of primary total knee arthroplasty cases from 2016 to 2022 in Rizhao area

目的:分析日照地区2016年—2022年因膝骨性关节炎行全膝关节置换的病例资料,并探讨患者特点的变化,为未来制定卫生保健政策提供参考。方法:对2016年1月—2022年12月在日照市中医医院、日照市人民医院、日照市中心医院收治的因膝骨性关节炎行人工全膝关节置换患者的病例资料进行分析,统计每年手术例数、性别比例、年龄构成、平均住院日等信息。结果:因膝骨性关节炎共行初次全膝关节置换术2955例,且病例数呈逐年上升趋势。55岁以上患者占比达97.3%,其中65~69岁年龄组人数最多。女性患者2172例(占73.5%),多于男性。患者的平均年龄为(67.1±6.6)岁,年龄范围39~95岁,大部分病例集中在60~75岁范围,占比74.6%。平均住院日呈逐年下降趋势。结论:日照地区膝骨性关节炎全膝关节置换患者数量呈逐年上升趋势,以55岁以上患者为主,并且女性患者数量多于男性。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty(TKA)for knee osteoarthritis from 2016 to 2022 in the hospitals of the city of Rizhao.Methods Analysis of case data of pedestrian total knee arthroplasty patients admitted to Rizhao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Rizhao People’s Hospital,and Rizhao Central Hospital from January 2016 to December 2022.We collected data on the number of surgeries performed each year,gender distribution,age distribution,and average length of hospital stay.Results A total of 2,955 patients underwent primary TKA for knee osteoarthritis from 2016 to 2022 in the city of Rizhao,and the number of cases increased annually.Patients aged 55 years and above accounted for 97.3% of the cases,with the highest number of cases in the 65~69 age group.There were significantly more female patients(2,172 cases,73.5%)than male patients.The mean age of the patients was 67.1±6.6 years.The average length of hospital stay showed a decreasing trend over the years.Conclusion The number of total knee arthroplasty for knee osteoarthritis in Rizhao has increased annually,with patients aged 55 years and above accounting for the majority of cases,and females patients were higher than the male patients,appropriate healthcare policies in the future.
