菌群移植在妇产科疾病中的研究进展

Progress of flora transplantation in gynecological diseases

人体微生物组近年来一直是国内外研究的热点话题,菌群之间及其与人类宿主之间形成了一种相互影响的共生关系。越来越多的证据表明当微生物群的组成和功能发生紊乱时,机体会发生一系列生理和病理改变。目前有关微生物与疾病表型的相关性研究越来越多,通过菌群移植的方法能够验证微生物组与疾病之间的因果关系。此外,菌群移植还能够调节患病个体微生物群,帮助恢复良好微生态环境。目前大多数的研究仍停留在基础研究阶段,其在临床中的研究尚少,还面临很多挑战。本文就近年来菌群移植在妇产科疾病中的研究进展进行综述。

In recent years,the human microbiome has been a hot topic at home and abroad,and there is a symbiotic relationship between the flora and its human host,which is complementary,easy to communicate and interact with each other.More and more evidence shows that a series of physiological and pathological changes will occur when the composition and function of microbial community are disordered.At present,there are more and more studies on the correlation between microorganisms and disease phenotypes,and further research needs to verify the causal relationship between microorganisms and diseases through flora transplantation.In addition,as a method to regulate the microbial population of sick individuals and restore a good microecological environment,flora transplantation has been widely concerned.At present,most of the research is still in the basic research stage,and its clinical research is still few,and there are still many challenges.This paper reviews the research progress of flora transplantation in gynecological diseases in recent years.
