漆黄素调控星形胶质细胞活化促进脊髓损伤后神经元轴突再生的研究

摘要 脊髓损伤后神经元轴突再生是脊髓损伤患者功能恢复的基础,促进神经元轴突再生的原则是改善抑制再生的环境和提高轴突生长能力。星形胶质细胞的生理功能十分丰富,包括保持内环境稳定、调理突触功能、调节能量代谢等,在维持中枢神经系统完整性发挥重要作用;脊髓损伤后,炎症和缺血缺氧等诱导产生反应性星形胶质细胞,对中枢神经系统产生有利或有害的作用;漆黄素通过抗氧化、神经营养、抗炎、细胞周期阻滞和抑制侵袭迁移的作用促进脊髓损伤后神经系统的恢复。本文从星形胶质细胞(AST)、脊髓损伤后AST的活化、漆黄素调控AST活化的机制方面进行综述,旨在为漆黄素调控AST活化促进脊髓损伤后神经元轴突再生的相关研究提供依据。 Neuronal axon regeneration after spinal cord injury is the basis of functional recovery in patients with spinal cord injury.The principle of promoting neuronal axon regeneration is to improve the environment that inhibits regeneration and enhance axon growth ability.The physiological functions of astrocytes are very rich,including maintaining internal environment stability,regulating synaptic function,and regulating energy metabolism,and play an important role in maintaining the integrity of the central nervous system.After spinal cord injury,inflammation,ischemia and hypoxia induce the production of reactive astrocytes,which have beneficial or harmful effects on the central nervous system.Fisetin can promote the recovery of the nervous system after spinal cord injury through antioxidant,neurotrophic,anti-inflammatory,cell cycle retardation and inhibition of invasion and migration.In this paper,we reviewed AST,AST activation after spinal cord injury,and the mechanism of fisetin regulating AST activation,aiming to provide a basis for related studies on the promotion of neuronal axon regeneration after spinal cord injury by fisetin regulating AST activation.
