高校“体教融合”的现实困境与应对之道

The Practical Dilemma and Strategies for“Integrating Physical and Intellectual Education”in Colleges and Universities

体教融合是新时代体育强国建设的重要内容,对素质教育实施和竞技体育人才的培养具有重要意义。这一理念在高校体育教学改革中起到积极作用,但也要正视其存在的问题,包括针对大学生运动员的管理欠缺,用于竞技运动的资金不足、缺乏竞技赛事支持以及高质量教练员队伍不足等。高校要从打造健全的管理体系、拓宽资金渠道、打造高水平运动队,以及竞技赛事的创新和高质量教练员队伍的培养等方面开展工作,以加强高校体育工作,深化具有中国特色的“体教融合”发展。

The integration of physical and intellectual education is an important part of the constructing a leading sporting nation in the new era,As an important supporting platform for the development of sports and education in China,colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating students'comprehensive and coordinated development of physical exercises and intellectual education,and cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical education,aesthetic education and labor.In order to further promote the“integration of physical and intellectual education”in universities,this research adopts literature data method and comprehensive analysis method to explore the“integration of physical and intellectual education”in universities from value analysis and practical difficulties.The study finds that"the integration of physical and intellectual education"which has positive significance to the implementation of quality-oriented education and the training of competitive sports talents.The concept of integrating physical and intellectual education plays an active role in physical education reform in colleges and universities,but it should also face up to the existing problems,including lack of management of undergraduate athletes,insufficient funds,lack of support for competitive events and the lack of high-quality coaches.Colleges and universities should be carried out from building a sound management system,broadening capital channels,building high-level sports teams,innovating competitive events and training high-quality coaches,so as to strengthen the work of sports in colleges and universities and deepen the development of“integration of sports and education”with Chinese characteristics.
