法学教育是高校意识形态工作的重要内容。高校开展意识形态工作应充分认识法学教育在践行习近平法治思想、培养具有社会主义法治信仰的人才、构建高校应对意识形态领域风险的重要阵地等方面的积极价值,以主题思想、话语主体、话语载体等核心要素构成的法学教育体系推动高校意识形态工作。同时,法学教育在推动高校意识形态工作方面存在困难,可从精准把握新时代法学教育的应然理念、完善具有坚定理想信念的法学教育师资队伍以及健全法学教育与思政教育相融合的保障机制等方面完善新时代意识形态视域下高校法学教育路径。
