摘要
陶瓷结合剂超硬砂轮用的临时粘结剂为热固性酚醛树脂,探讨了酚醛树脂的合成工艺,分析合成温度、合成时间、混合速度对酚醛树脂的黏度、灰分、水溶比的影响,并研究了黏度、灰分、水溶比分别对陶瓷结合剂超硬砂轮成型制备和磨削性能的影响。结果表明,根据该工艺合成的酚醛树脂液,能够较好地满足陶瓷结合剂超硬砂轮的成型及磨削性能要求。
Thermoset phenolic resin is used as the temporary binder of vitrified wheel.This paper discusses the synthesis process of phenolic,analyzes the influence of synthesis temperature,synthesis time and mixing speed to viscosity,ash content and water solubility ratio of phenolic resin.The influence of viscosity,ash content and water solubility ratio of phenolic resin to forming preparation and grinding performance of vitrified wheel is also discussed as well.The experiment result shows that phenolic resin liquid composited according to technology discussed in this paper meets the requirement of forming and grinding performance of vitrified wheel.
