大蒜采后解除休眠的基础和技术方法的研究进展

摘要 大蒜具有休眠的生理特性,休眠期的长短直接影响了大蒜的供产期、产量及品质,并导致大蒜的早熟栽培以及脱毒快繁的研究陷入困境。综述了大蒜解除休眠的物质基础和环境条件,并分别从低温处理法、化学物质处理法、物理刺激法及综合处理几方面总结了解除大蒜休眠的方法,以期为大蒜休眠的生理生化研究及其生产上合理安排播种时期提供参考。 Garlic has the physiological characteristics of dormancy,and the length of the dormancy period directly af⁃fects the supply period,yield and quality of garlic,and leads to difficulties in the research of early maturing cultivation and virus-free rapid propagation of garlic.This paper reviewed the material basis and environmental conditions for re⁃leasing dormancy in garlic,summarized the methods to release dormancy in garlic from low temperature treatment,chemical treatment,physical stimulation and integrated treatment,respectively,in order to provide reference for the physiological and biochemical research of dormancy in garlic and the rational arrangement of sowing period in its pro⁃duction.
