大班幼儿绘画教学的有效指导策略

The Effective Guiding Strategy of Painting Teaching for Children in Senior Grade of Kindergarten

根据大班幼儿绘画教学过程中表现出:教师教学观念陈旧,教学方法单一,师资队伍美术素养不高,重绘画技能轻创造理念及情感关注的问题,笔者探索绘画教学中教师的有效指导策略应从转变教师传统绘画教学观念,提升教师美术素养,改进绘画教学方法三方面入手,不断提高幼儿对美术绘画活动的兴趣、表达和表现的能力,从而提升幼儿的绘画能力。

There are such problems in the process of painting teaching for children in senior grade of kindergarten as out-dated teaching concepts,monotonous teaching methods,less artistic teaching quality,emphasizing painting skills over cre-ation and emotion.The paper explores effective guidance strategies for teachers in painting teaching from three aspects:transforming teachers'traditional painting teaching concepts,improving teachers'artistic quality and painting teaching methods to enhance children's interest in art painting activities,expression and performance ability,so as to improve chil-dren's painting.
