基于SWOT分析法的省级区域医疗中心医用耗材精细化管理策略研究

Research on Refined Management Strategy of Medical Consumables in Provincial Regional Medical Center Based on SWOT Analysis

探讨了SWOT分析法在省级区域医疗中心医用耗材精细化管理过程中的应用实践。采用SWOT分析法对作为山东省区域医疗中心的临沂市人民医院的医用耗材管理策略进行优化调整,并结合实践效果进行分析比较。结果显示,SWOT分析法在医用耗材精细化管理过程中具有良好的实践指导价值。

It discusses the application practice of SWOT analysis method in the refined management of medical consumables in provincial regional medical center.The SWOT analysis method is used to optimize and adjust the management strategy of medical consumables in Linyi People's Hospital,which is a regional medical center in Shandong Province,and then analyzes and compares based on practical effects.The results show that the SWOT analysis method has good practical guiding value in the process of refined management of medical consumables.
