摘要
利用热浸镀技术在铁基体表面制备了铝硅镁涂层,探讨热浸镀时间对涂层的影响,研究了涂层的腐蚀性能。结果表明:随着热浸镀时间的增加,铝硅镁涂层中铁铝反应层厚度呈现抛物线式增长,当Mg和Si添加量达到3%时,铁铝反应受到明显的抑制作用,反应增厚的速度较慢。3.5%NaCl溶液中的电化学腐蚀表明,随着Mg和Si的增加,涂层的自腐蚀电位呈现下降趋势,Al-6Mg 2Si涂层具有最低的自腐蚀电位和较小的自腐蚀电流。
Al-Si-Mg coating was prepared on the surface of Fe by hot dipping.The effect of hot-dip time on the coating was discussed,and the corrosion properties of Al-Si-Mg coating were studied.The results show that the thickness of Fe/Al reaction layer in Al-Si-Mg coating shows a parabolic increase with the extension of hot-dip time.As the addition of Mg and Si reach 3%,the Fe-Al reaction is obviously inhibited,and the reaction thickening speed is slow.The electrochemical corrosion in 3.5%NaCl solution shows that the self-corrosion potential of the coating shows a decreasing trend with the increase of Mg and Si.Al-6Mg 2Si coating has the lowest self-corrosion potential and small self-corrosion current.
