摘要
河豚毒素是自然界中所发现毒性最大的神经毒素之一,作为钠离子通道阻断剂主要麻痹肌肉与神经。鉴于对河豚毒素在医疗领域现有的认知,通过探讨河豚毒素的性质结构、原料来源、提取、分离及检测方法等方面的因素,旨在建立一种高效制备高纯河豚毒素的新工艺,从而加强高纯河豚毒素制品在局部麻醉、癌症晚期镇痛、戒毒等方面的应用。在解决毒性、注射有效剂量、安全剂量及给药方法等一系列难题上,高纯度河豚毒素有利于确保药品的稳定,提高药用的安全性。
Tetrodotoxin is one of the most toxic neurotoxins found in nature.It is distributed in liver,ovary,skin,blood and muscle in puffer fish,and their content varies with different seasons.We discuss the structure,source,extraction,separation and detection methods of tetrodotoxin for obtaining high purity tetrodotoxin,in order to strengthen the application of high purity tetrodotoxin products in local anesthesia,late cancer analgesia and detoxification.High purity tetrodotoxin is benefit for improving stability and safety of medicine in solving a series of problems such as toxicity,effective dose,safe dose and drug delivery.
