摘要
以农村饮用水为分析对象,改进顶空-气相色谱法测定生活饮用水中三氯甲烷的分析方法。本方法采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱,样品进样前的平衡温度为60℃,平衡时间为30 min,[JP2]气相色谱仪进样口温度150℃,ECD检测器300℃,载气流速2 mL/min,分流比为10∶1。研究结果表明,该方法线性良好,相关系数r为0.9999,精密度和重复性相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)均小于2.5%,3个浓度水平的回收率均在97%~107%,并使用该方法测定了10个饮用水样品中的三氯甲烷。本工作建立的顶空-气相色谱法测定生活饮用水中三氯甲烷的分析方法简便、结果可靠、快速、重现性好,具有推广应用价值。
In this paper,rural drinking water is taken as the object of analysis,and the headspace-Gas chromatography method for the determination of chloroform in drinking water is improved.The HP-5 capillary column was used.The equilibrium temperature of the sample before sampling was 60℃,the equilibrium time was 30 min,the inlet temperature of the gas chromatograph was 150℃,the ECD detector was 300℃,the carrier gas flow rate was 2 mL/min,the shunt ratio was 10∶1.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of precision and repeatability were less than 2.5%(n=6).The recoveries of the three concentrations were 97%~107%,the method was used to determine chloroform in 10 drinking water samples.The analytical method for the determination of chloroform in drinking water is simple,reliable,rapid and reproducible.
