摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定柴归夏妇安煎煮茶中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC法;流动相为(体积比45∶55)甲醇-0.3%磷酸;色谱柱为反相柱C_(18);柱温为40℃;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长λ为277 nm。结果:在9.62~38.47μg/mL范围内,黄芩苷线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6),回收率99.86%,RSD=0.2%。结论:本方法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏,能够用于测定柴归夏妇安煎煮茶中的黄芩苷。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of Baicalin in Chaigui Xiafuan decoction tea.Methods:HPLC with UV;The mobile phase was methanol-0.3%phosphoric acid(45∶55);ODS C_(18) column was used as chromatographic column;The Column temperature was 40℃;The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;The detection wavelength was set at 277 nm.Results:A good linear relationship of Baicalin was 9.62~38.47μg/mL([WT5"BX]r=0.9999,[WT5"BX]n=6),the average recovery rate was 99.86%,[WT5"BX]RSD=0.2%。Conclusion:The proposed method is simple,fast,accurate and efficient,and can be used on the determination of Baicalin in Chaigui Xiafuan decoction tea.
