黔产油麻血藤饮片质量标准研究

Study on the Quality Standard of Decoction Pieces of Caults Mucunae Sempervirentis from Guizhou

目的:建立黔产油麻血藤Caults mucunae sempervirentis饮片质量标准。方法:对黔产油麻血藤饮片性状鉴定;横切面、粉末显微特征进行鉴定;TLC对照药材定性鉴别;参照《中国药典》测定水分、总灰分、浸出物含量;UV测定总黄酮含量。结果:TLC专属性强,重复性好,斑点清晰,芦丁在8.6856~52.1136μg/mL区间内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=0.0137944X-0.0194714,r^(2)=0.99965,10批次油麻血藤饮片水分、总灰分、浸出物、总黄酮范围分别为7.3%~9.0%,5.5%~7.3%,19.0%~22.1%,6.2%~9.2%。结论:本方法专属性强、稳定可靠,可用于贵州产油麻血藤饮片质量控制。

Objective:To establish a quality standard for the decoction pieces of Caults mucunae sempervirentis produced in Guizhou.Methods:To identify the characters of decoction pieces of Caults mucunae sempervlrentis.Cross section and powder microscopic characteristics were identified.TLC for qualitative identification of control herbs;The content of moisture,total ash and extract was determined according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV.Results:TLC has strong specificity,good repeatability,clear spots,and good linear relationship between rutin in the range of 8.6856~52.1136μg/mL.The regression equation is[WT5"BX]Y=0.0137944X-0.0194714,r=0.99965.The water content,total ash content,extract content and total flavonoids of 10 batches of Caults mucunae sempervirentis decoction pieces were 7.3%~9.0%,5.5%~7.3%,19.0%~22.1%and 6.2%~9.2%,respectively.Conclusion:This method is specific,stable and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of decoction pieces of Caults mucunae sempervirentis producing Fructus maseraea in Guizhou.
