摘要
针对烧碱行业中乙炔气干燥问题,介绍了乙炔干燥的变压吸附技术及其工业化应用。变压吸附装置吸附塔内是由装载氧化铝、硅胶和分子筛组成的吸附剂复合床层,乙炔气经复合床层干燥后含水量≤30×10-6。吸附剂再生方法采用带冲洗的变温变压吸附新工艺,以保证分子筛实现彻底再生,从而延长分子筛的使用寿命。
In view of the problem of acetylene drying in caustic soda industry,the pressure swing adsorption(PSA)technology acetylene drying and its industrial application,were introduced.The adsorbent in adsorption tower of the PSA is composed of alumina,silica gel and molecular sieve.PSA technology can reduce the water content of acetylene less than 30×10-6.The new process of temperature and pressure swing adsorption with washing gas was adopted to ensure the regeneration of molecular sieve,thus extending the service life of molecular sieve.
