接管与壳体连接结构及其应力特点、无损检测方法

摘要 介绍了接管与壳体连接的三种结构,并说明各个结构的特点;以球壳开孔为例,介绍不同结构尺寸及有无内伸对应力集中系数影响;介绍接管处应力集中区域应避免与温差应力重叠;简单介绍了接管形式、方位和几何参数对疲劳寿命的影响;介绍D类焊接接头内部缺陷的三种无损检测方法—射线检测、超声检测、相控阵超声检测,并说明各个检测方法的适用范围。 This paper introduces the three structures of the nozzle-shell connection and explains the characteristics of each structure;takes the spherical shell opening as an example and introduces the influence of different structural dimensions and the presence or absence of internal extension on the stress concentration factors;introduces the stress concentration area at the nozzle to avoid overlapping with the temperature difference stress;briefly introduces the influence of the nozzle form,orientation and geometric parameters on fatigue life;introduces the three non-destructive testing methods for internal defects in Class D welded joints-radiographic testing,ultrasonic testing and phased-array ultrasonic testing,and explains the scope of application of each testing method.
