基于CAESAR Ⅱ在压力管道整治检验中的运用

摘要 针对2014年1月1日《特种设备安全法》实施之前管道进行整治检验过程中,由于使用单位管道安装较早,没有经过详细应力计算或者柔性分析。根据TSG D7005—2018《压力管道定期检验规则》第2.4.2.1条,检验员要在现场对管道结构检验,包括管道布置、支吊架、膨胀节等进行检查,经常会发现导热油还有蒸汽等高温高压管道布置不合理,支吊架脱落、未按要求设置膨胀节等结构问题。有些异常情况检验人员需要应力分析软件,讲述用软件CAESAR Ⅱ对管道进行应力分析,指出管道结构不合理的地方,大大减少了企业特种设备运行的风险,同时提高了检验人员对于管道整治检验的能力。 In the process of renovating and inspecting the pipelines before the implementation of the Special equipment safety law on January 1,2014,due to the early installation of the pipelines by the user,there is no detailed stress calculation or flexibility analysis.According to the 2.4.2.1 of TSG D7005-2018 Rules for periodic inspection of pressure pipelines,the inspector inspects the pipeline structure on site,including pipeline layout,supports and hangers,expansion joints,etc,and the arrangement of high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines such as heat transfer oil and steam is often found unreasonable,the supports and hangers fall off,and the expansion joints are not set as required.In some abnormal situations,the inspectors need stress analysis software.This paper describes the stress analysis of the pipeline with the software CAESAR Ⅱ,and points out that the pipeline structure is unreasonable,which greatly reduces the risk of the operation of the special equipment of the enterprise,and at the same time improves the ability of the inspectors for the pipeline renovation inspection.
