摘要
抽余液塔作为PX装置中最重要的设备之一,其平面布置及管道设计对塔器的长周期运转以及装置的生产运行起着重要作用。通常抽余液塔进出口管道具有管径大,分支多等特点,管道的走向和支架的设计难度较大。结合某150万t/a芳烃联合装置中抽余液塔的平面布置,管道布置,应力分析和支架设置,对抽余液塔的管道设计进行探讨和分析。
As one of the most important equipment in PX unit,the layout and pipeline design of the drain tower plays an important role in the long cycle operation of the tower and the production operation of the unit.In general,the inlet and outlet pipeline of the drain tower has the characteristics of large diameter and with many branches,so it is difficult to design the layout and support of the pipeline.The pipeline design of the drain tower is discussed and analyzed in this paper,based on a 1.5 million t/a aromatics combined unit.
