炼化装置建设投资中,换热设备占据重要比例。同时换热设备在能源的转化、利用、回收等方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。对炼油化工装置中常见的四种换热器管道布置方式及应注意的问题进行简要论述,并以某歧化装置高通量重沸器及釜式蒸汽发生器为例,分析其管道布置过程,为今后相似设备的管道布置提供参考。

Heat exchange equipment occupies an important proportion in the construction investment of refining and chemical plants.At the same time,heat exchange equipment plays an important role in energy conversion,utilization and recovery.This article discusses how to arrange the piping of the four common heat exchangers,and the problems that should be paid attention to in oil refinery and chemical plant.This paper takes the high-flux reboiler and the steam generator in the disproportionation unit as an example to analyze the pipeline layout,which is a reference for similar equipment in the future.
