海洋平台非长直走向管线的屈曲分析

摘要 管线的布置设计是海洋平台设计的重要内容,其中管线的空间走向、管支撑和管线的挠性是配管设计的三个重要要素,直接影响到管线系统的运行安全和使用寿命。因空间受限和工艺要求等诸多因素,海洋平台上的管线系统多设计为弯曲迂回的非长直走向结构,合理的管线布置与支架设计对节约项目建造成本,提高施工效率以及缩短建造工期等方面具有十分重要的意义。本文通过介绍工艺管线布置的设计原则,对海洋平台上4类常见的在支架跨度内的非长直走向管线结构存在的必要性和合理性展开分析。应用材料力学分析方法将这4类非长直走向管线结构简化为静定梁数学结构模型,通过有限元分析软件建立对应的4类静定梁受力模型,模拟管线在受自身及内部介质重力时的挠度、剪力和弯矩分布。同时绘制对应的形变图、剪力图和弯矩图,进而分析非长直走向管线的形变规律及截面上的剪力和弯矩分布。为管线的布置和支架的设计提供相应的理论参考和设计经验。 Pipeline layout design is an important part of offshore platform design,in which the spatial direction of pipeline,pipe support and flexibility of pipeline are three important elements of piping design,which directly affect the operation safety and service life of pipeline system.Due to space constraints,process requirements and other factors,most pipeline systems on offshore platforms are designed as curved and circuitous non-long straight structures.Reasonable pipeline layout and support design are of great significance in saving project construction costs,improving construction efficiency and shortening construction period.By introducing the design principles of process pipeline layout,this paper analyzes the necessity and rationality of four types of common non long straight pipeline structures within the support span on offshore platforms.The material mechanics analysis method is used to simplify the four types of non-long straight pipeline structures into the mathematical structure model of statically determinate beams.The corresponding force models of the four types of statically determinate beams are established through the finite element analysis software to simulate the distribution of deflection,shear force and bending moment of the pipeline under its own and internal medium gravity.At the same time,draw the corresponding deformation diagram,shear diagram and bending moment diagram,and then analyze the deformation rule of non-long straight pipeline and the distribution of shear force and bending moment on the section.It provides corresponding theoretical reference and design experience for pipeline layout and support design.
