危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP分析)是一种系统的对各类生产装置进行可操作性及安全性分析的方法,通过对各种工艺状态偏离的可能性分析,找到生产装置中可能出现的危险源,从而提高生产装置的安全性,使用危险与可操作性分析方法对胺基化工艺进行分析,找出装置潜在的危险源,并且提出相应的解决措施。

Hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP analysis)is a systematic method to analyze the operability and safety of various production devices.Through the analysis of the possibility of deviation of various process states,the possible hazard sources in the production device can be found,so as to improve the safety of the production device.The amination process can be analyzed using the hazard and operability analysis method to find out the potential hazard sources of the device,and put forward corresponding solutions.
