超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术治疗白内障的效果及对患者视力的影响分析

Analysis on the Effect of Ultrasonic Emulsification Gettering Combined with Atrial Angle Separation in the Treatment of Cataract and Its Impact on Visual Acuity of Patients

摘要 目的探讨超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术治疗白内障的效果及对患者视力的影响。方法80例白内障患者随机分为两组,对照组应用超声乳化吸除联合小梁切除术治疗,观察组应用超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果以及并发症。结果术后3个月,观察组的眼压低于对照组,视力、中央前房深度与周边前房深度分级均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后3个月内的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术能够显著改善白内障患者的眼压与视力,增加其前房深度与分级,降低眼部不良事件发生风险。 Objective To explore the effect ofultrasonic emulsification gettering combined with atrial angle separation in the treatment of cataract and its impact on visual acuity of patients.Methods 80 patients with cataract were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with ultrasonic emulsification gettering combined with trabeculectomy,and the observation group was treated with ultrasonic emulsification gettering combined with atrial angle separation.The therapeutic effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results At 3 months after surgery,the intraocular pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the visual acuity,central anterior chamber depth and peripheral anterior chamber depth classification were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of complications within 3 months after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Ultrasonic emulsification gettering combined with atrial angle separation can significantly improve the intraocular pressure and visual acuity of patients with cataract,increase the depth and classification of anterior chamber,and reduce the risk of ocular adverse events.
