调督理筋针法联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical EfTect of Tiaodu Ljin Acupuncture Combined with Massage in the Treatment of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察调督理筋针法联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的临床效果。方法88例LDH患者随机分为两组各44例。两组均给予右旋酮洛芬氨丁三醇片药物治疗;此外,对照组采用推拿治疗,研究组采用调督理筋针法联合推拿治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后腰椎疼痛程度、腰椎功能。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为93.18%,显著高于对照组的77.27%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的VAS评分显著低于对照组,JOA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调督理筋针法联合推拿治疗LDH患者效果显著,可有效缓解腰椎疼痛感,促进腰椎功能恢复。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tiaodu Lijin acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 88 patients with LDH were randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with dexketoprofen tromethamine tablets;In addition,the control group was treated with massage,and the study group was treated with Tiaodu Lijin acupuncture combined with massage.The clinical efficacy,and the lumbar pain degree and lumbar function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.18%,significantly higher than 77.27%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the JOA score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Tiaodu Lijin acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of patients with LDH has significant effect,which can effectively relieve lumbar pain and promote lumbar function recovery.
