天麻素注射液联合异丙嗪、倍他司汀治疗前庭周围性眩晕的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Gastrodin Injection Combined with Promethazine and Betahistine in the Treatment of Vestibular Peripheral Vertigo

目的分析天麻素注射液联合异丙嗪、倍他司汀治疗前庭周围性眩晕的临床效果。方法82例前庭周围性眩晕患者随机分为两组,对照组采用异丙嗪+倍他司汀治疗,观察组采用天麻素注射液+异丙嗪+倍他司汀治疗,比较两组的临床症状、睡眠质量及不良反应。结果治疗1个月后,两组的症状评分及PSQI评分均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组的症状评分、PSQI均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率为4.88%,显著低于对照组的19.51%(P<0.05)。结论天麻素注射液联合异丙嗪、倍他司汀治疗前庭周围性眩晕可明显缓解患者的相关临床症状,改善睡眠质量,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of gastrodin injection combined with promethazine and betahistine in the treatment of vestibular peripheral vertigo.Methods 82 patients with vestibular peripheral vertigo were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with promethazine+betahistine,and the observation group was treated with gastrodin injection+promethazine+betahistine.The clinical symptoms,sleep quality and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the symptom scores and PSQI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the symptom score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 4.88%,significantly lower than 19.51%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Gastrodin injection combined with promethazine and betahistine in the treatment of vestibular peripheral vertigo can significantly relieve the related clinical symptoms of patients,improve sleep quality and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
