摘要
目的探讨神经介入手术与开颅手术治疗脑血管疾病的效果及对患者免疫能力及预后的影响。方法66例脑血管疾病患者随机分为两组,对照组采用开颅手术治疗,观察组采用神经介入手术治疗。结果治疗后,观察组的Vs、Vd、NIHSS评分、CD8^(+)、并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)与CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经介入手术治疗脑血管疾病可显著改善患者的脑动脉血流速度与神经功能状态,免疫功能损伤和术后并发症风险较低。
Objective To explore the effects of neurointerventional surgery and craniotomy in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases and their impact on the immune ability and prognosis of patients.Methods 66 patients with cerebrovascular diseases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with craniotomy,and the observation group was treated with neurointerventional surgery.Results After treatment,the Vs,Vd,NIHSS score,CD8^(+)and incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Neurointerventional surgery in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases can significantly improve the cerebral artery blood flow velocity and neurological function of patients,and has low risk of immune function injury and postoperative complications.
