阿昔洛韦联合普瑞巴林对带状疱疹患者后遗神经痛与炎性指标的影响

Impact of Acyclovir Combined with Pregabalin on Postherpetie Neuralgia and Inflammatory Indicators of Patients with Herpes Zoster

目的探讨阿昔洛韦联合普瑞巴林对带状疱疹患者后遗神经痛与血清炎性指标的影响。方法90例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为两组,对照组采用阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组采用阿昔洛韦联合普瑞巴林治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、疼痛程度与血清炎性指标。结果观察组的总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗7d、14d、1个月后,观察组的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CRP、IL-6、PCT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿昔洛韦联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的效果较好,可持续减轻患者疼痛反应,缓解炎性反应。

Objective To explore the impact of acyclovir combined with pregabalin on postherpetic neuralgia and inflammatory indicators of patients with herpes zoster.Methods 90 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with acyclovir,and the observation group was treated with acyclovir combined with pregabalin.The therapeutic effect,pain degree and serum inflammatory indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%,higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After 7 d,14 d and 1 month of treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and PCT of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Acyclovir combined with pregabalin in the treatment of patients with postherpetic neuralgia has good effect,which can continuously relieve the pain response and relieve the inflammatory response.
