哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠联合左氧氟沙星治疗对老年下呼吸道感染患者炎性因子水平及肺功能的影响

Impact of Piperacillin Sodium/Tazobactam Sodium Combined with Levofloxacin Treatment on the Levels of Inflammatory Factors and Pulmonary Function of Elderly Patients with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

目的探讨哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠联合左氧氟沙星治疗对老年下呼吸道感染患者炎性因子水平以及肺功能的影响。方法100例老年下呼吸道感染患者随机分为两组,对照组采用左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组采用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠联合左氧氟沙星治疗,比较两组的炎性因子水平、肺功能以及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的CRP、PCT、IL-6、WBC计数水平均低于对照组,FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠联合左氧氟沙星治疗可明显减轻老年下呼吸道感染患者的炎性反应,改善患者肺功能,安全性高。

Objective To explore the impact of piperacillin sodium/tazobactam sodium combined with levofloxacin treatment on the levels of inflammatory factors and pulmonary function of elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection.Methods 100 elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,and the observation group was treated with piperacillin sodium/tazobactam sodium combined with levofloxacin.The levels of inflammatory factors,pulmonary function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CRP,PCT,IL-6 and WBC count in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Piperacillin sodium/tazobactam sodium combined with levofloxacin treatment can significantly reduce the inflammatory reaction of elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection,improve the pulmonary function of patients,and has higher safety.
