唑来膦酸联合阿那曲唑治疗绝经后激素受体阳性乳腺癌的效果

Effect of Zoledronic Acid Combined with Anastrozole in the Treatment of Postmenopausal Hormone Reeeptor-Positive Breast Cancer

目的探讨唑来膦酸联合阿那曲唑治疗绝经后激素受体阳性乳腺癌的效果。方法78例绝经后激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者按照入组顺序分为两组,对照采用阿那曲唑治疗,观察组采用唑来膦酸联合阿那曲唑治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、免疫功能及骨代谢指标。结果观察组的总有效率为58.97%,高于对照组的35.90%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的β-Cross Laps、PINP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论唑来膦酸联合阿那曲唑治疗绝经后激素受体阳性乳腺癌的效果较好,可提高患者免疫功能,改善骨代谢情况。

Objective To explore the effect of zoledronic acid combined with anastrozole in the treatment of postmenopausal hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.Methods 78 patients with postmenopausal hormone receptor-positive breast cancer were divided into two groups according to the order of enrollment.The control group was treated with anastrozole,and the observation group was treated with zoledronic acid combined with anastrozole.The therapeutic effect,immune function and bone metabolism indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 58.97%,higher than 35.90%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels ofβ-Cross Laps and PINP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Zoledronic acid combined with anastrozole in the treatment of postmenopausal hormone receptor-positive breast cancer has good effect,which can improve the immune function of patients and improve bone metabolism.
