全程膀胱管理方案在全子宫切除术中的应用价值

Application Value of Whole-Course Bladder Management Scheme in Radical Hysterectomy

目的探讨全程膀胱管理方案在全子宫切除术(RH)中的应用价值。方法选取2018年8月至2021年8月我院收治的86例行RH的宫颈癌患者,随机分为两组各43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用全程膀胱管理方案。比较两组的膀胱功能恢复情况及生活质量。结果观察组的首次拔除导尿管时间及留置导尿管时间均短于对照组,尿管重置发生率、导尿管相关尿路感染发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出院时、术后1个月、术后3个月的生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程膀胱管理方案有利于RH患者术后膀胱功能的恢复以及生活质量的提高。

Objective To explore the application value of whole-course bladder management scheme in radical hysterectomy(RH).Methods 86 patients with cervical cancer who underwent RH admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received whole-course bladder management scheme.The recovery of bladder function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The first catheter removal time and indwelling catheter time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of catheter replacement and incidence of catheter-related urinary tract infection were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores at discharge,1 month after surgery and 3 months after surgery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Whole-course bladder management scheme is beneficial to the recovery of bladder function and the improvement of quality of life after surgery of patients with RH.
