摘要
目的探讨基于短视频的远程宣教在骨性膝关节炎(KOA)患者中的应用效果。方法90例KOA患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于短视频的远程宣教。比较两组的自我效能、膝关节功能、疼痛评分以及康复依从性。结果干预后,观察组的GSES评分高于对照组,ISOA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组运动时及压痛点的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的用药、饮食、运动依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于短视频的远程宣教可提高KOA患者的自我效能,改善膝关节功能,减轻疼痛,提高康复依从性。
Objective To explore the application effect of remote education based on short video in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 90 KOA patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received remote education based on short video.The self-efficacy,knee joint function,pain score and rehabilitation compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the GSES score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the ISOA score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain scores of exercise and tenderness points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of medication,diet and exercise compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Remote education based on short video can improve the self-efficacy of KOA patients,improve knee joint function,relieve pain and improve rehabilitation compliance.
