CNP模式在房颤射频消融术患者中的应用

Application of CNP Mode in Patients with Radiofrequency Ablation for Atrial Fibrillation

目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)模式在房颤射频消融术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2021年10月在我院接受射频消融术治疗的131例房颤患者,根据入院顺序分为两组。对照组(n=65)采用常规护理,观察组(n=66)在对照组基础上采用CNP模式护理。比较两组的生活质量及护理满意度。结果出院3个月后,观察组的GQOLI-74评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为96.97%,显著高于对照组的86.15%(P<0.05)。结论CNP模式在房颤射频消融术患者中应用效果显著,可明显提升患者术后生活质量,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)mode in patients with radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation.Methods 131 patients with atrial fibrillation who underwent radiofrequency ablation in our hospital from March 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The control group(n=65)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=66)received CNP mode nursing on the basis of the control group.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results Three months after discharge,the GQOLI-74 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.97%,significantly higher than 86.15%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions CNP mode has significant application effect in patients with radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrllation,which can obviously improve the postoperative quality of life and improve the nursing satisfactiondegreeof patients.
