摘要
目的探讨以行为转变理论为指导的肺康复护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者中的应用效果。方法82例COPD稳定期患者随机分为两组,对照组实施常规康复护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施以行为转变理论为指导的肺康复护理干预,比较两组的肺功能和生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的FEV_(1)%、FEV_(1)/FVC均高于对照组,CAT评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以行为转变理论为指导的肺康复护理可明显改善COPD稳定期患者的肺功能和生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing intervention guided by behavior change theory in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 82 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the observation group was given pulmonary rehabilitation nursing intervention guided by behavior change theory on the basis of the control group.The lung function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,FEV_(1)%and FEV_(1)/FVC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the CAT score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pulmonary rehabilitation nursing guided by behavioral change theory can significantly improve the lung function and quality of life of patients with stable COPD.
