Objective To count the state quo of psychological symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90)score in patients with vestibular peripheral vertigo, and to analyze the related influencing factors. Methods A total of 81 patients with vestibular peripheral vertigo admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected.SCL-90 was used to evaluate their psychological status, and single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the related factors affecting the SCL-90 score of patients. Results The SCL-90 score of patients with vestibular peripheral vertigo was(193.49±32.71)points,higher than(129.96±38.76)points of the domestic norm(P<0.05).Univariate analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the course of disease, number of episodes, history of previous dizziness, hearing impairment, and sleep disorders were the influencing factors of SCL-90 scores in patients with vestibular peripheral vertigo(P<0.05).Conclusions The mental health level of patients with vestibular peripheral vertigo is low.The course of disease, number of episodes, history of previous dizziness, hearing impairment, and sleep disorders are the influencing factors of SCL-90 scores in patients with vestibular peripheral vertigo.Nurses should focus on the above influencing factors and formulate targeted nursing interventions to promote the recovery of patients'mental health.
