基于高职护理实践需求的人体解剖学实训课程建设策略

The Construction Strategy of Human Anatomy Training Courses Based on Higher Vocational Nursing Practice Demands

基础护理学实训课程作为高职护理专业的必修课程,是护理人才掌握本专业基础理论知识及临床护理技能的重要渠道,只有保障学生同时具备扎实的理论基础及较为丰富的临床实践经验,才能使其更好地适应护士岗位实际工作需求。但传统高职护理实践教学模式存在理论和实践脱节、考核方式较为落后等缺陷,结合我国医疗卫生行业的发展动态,对护理专业教学模式进行动态化创新,通过融合人体解剖学知识提高护理专业学生的实践操作能力,对提高高职护理专业教学质量具有重要的促进作用。

As a vocational nursing professional compulsory course,basic nursing training is an important channel for nursing personnel to master the basic theoretical knowledge and clinical nursing skills.Only by ensur-ing that students have a solid theoretical foundation and rich clinical practice experience can they better adapt to the actual work needs of nurses.However,there are some defects in traditional vocational nursing practice teach-ing mode,such as disconnection between the theory and the practice,backward assessment modes and so on.Combined with the development of Chinese medical and health industry,dynamic innovation of nursing teaching mode was put forward.By integrating the knowledge of human anatomy,nursing students'practical operation ability can be improved,which is of great significance to improve the quality of higher vocational nursing teach-ing.
