摘要
高校辅导员是大学生成长成才的人生导师和健康生活的知心朋友,肩负着了解学生困惑,解决学生问题,帮助学生成长的重要岗位职责。掌握一定的语言策略,动态调整角色身份有助于辅导员把握学生思想动态。本文从语用身份视角探析了辅导员的语用身份选择及话语构建策略,发现在与学生沟通交流中,辅导员通过适当的话语构建策略建构了个人、朋友和学生等多样的语用身份,有助于提高谈心谈话的实效性,更好地建立新时代平等和谐的师生关系,进而提升思想政治教育工作的质量。
College counselors are life mentors and intimate friends of healthy life for college students.They shoulder the important responsibilities of understanding students'perplexities,solving their problems and helping them grow up.Mastering certain language strategies and dynamically adjusting identities could help counselors grasp students'ideological trend.This paper analyzes pragmatic identity selection and discursive constructive strategies of counselors from the perspective of pragmatic identity.It is found that counselors constructs various pragmatic identities of individuals,friends and students through appropriate discursive constructive strategies in communication with students,which was helpful to enhance the effectiveness of heart-to-heart conversation,and better establish equal and harmonious teacher-student relationship in the new era.Moreover,it could improve the quality of ideological and political education.
