宏观教育理念下的高校教育教学管理策略

摘要 现今中国市场人才输送矩阵中,越来越多高校开始跳出“闭门造车”的框架,全面融合“为社会进步”“为经济增长”发挥价值的教育理念,展开各项人才培育工作,这与我国一直以来所提倡和推广的宏观教育理念不谋而合。本研究首先概述了宏观教育理念内涵,随后探讨了该理念下高校教育教学原则,最后基于现状提出了几项具有可行性的高校教育教学管理策略,希冀为相关教职人员提供参考。 In the current talent transfer matrix of the Chinese market,more and more colleges and universi-ties are starting to jump out of the framework of"building cars behind closed doors"and fully integrate the educa-tion concept of"playing a role in social progress and economic growth"to carry out various talent cultivation work,which coincides with the macro education concept that has been advocated and promoted in China.This study first outlines the connotation of the macro education concept;then discusses the principles of higher educa-tion and teaching under this concept;and finally,based on the current situation,puts forward several feasible strat-egies for higher education and teaching management,hoping to provide references for relevant teaching staff.
