摘要
三螺旋理论为我国法学双创教育内涵式发展提供了新的思路,然而,在推进法学双创教育内涵式发展进程中,也存在政企校协同的法学双创教育理念不够深入、政企校协同的法学双创教育要素不够融合、政企校协同的法学双创教育机制不够完善的问题。为了促进我国法学双创教育内涵式发展,应在三螺旋理论视域下推动政企校协同的三螺旋法学双创教育理念的深入,促进政企校协同的三螺旋法学双创教育要素的融合,推进政企校协同的三螺旋法学双创教育机制的完善。
Triple helix theory provides new ideas for the connotative development of legal education in Chi-na.However,in the process of promoting the connotative development of legal education,there are also problems that the concept of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in Law in collaboration with government,en-terprises and colleges is not deep enough;the elements of legal education in collaboration with government,enter-prises and colleges are not integrated enough;and the mechanism of legal education in collaboration with govern-ment,enterprises and colleges is not perfect enough.In order to promote the connotative development of legal ed-ucation in China,we should promote the deepening of the concept of triple-helix legal education in collaboration with government,enterprises and colleges,promote the integration of the elements of triple-helix legal education in collaboration with government,enterprises and colleges,and improve the mechanism of triple-helix legal edu-cation in collaboration with government,enterprises and colleges in the context of triple-helix theory.
