Summary of global surveillance data of infectious diseases in June 2023

2023年6月,全球共监测到传染病70种,涉及236个国家和地区。除流感外,涉及国家和地区数量位于前5位的传染病分别为新型冠状病毒感染(236个)、猴痘(112个)、登革热(29个)、麻疹(27个)和霍乱(19个)。病死率位于前5位的传染病分别为马尔堡病毒病(83.7%)、拉沙热(17.1%)、鼠疫(13.8%)、克里米亚–刚果出血热(7.9%)和脑膜炎(6.4%)。死亡病例数位于前5位的传染病分别为新型冠状病毒感染、霍乱、麻疹、登革热和脑膜炎。亚洲主要流行新型冠状病毒感染、霍乱、猴痘、克里米亚–刚果出血热和登革热;非洲主要流行新型冠状病毒感染、霍乱、拉沙热、猴痘和脑膜炎;美洲主要流行新型冠状病毒感染、猴痘、登革热和基孔肯雅热;欧洲主要流行新型冠状病毒感染和侵袭性A群链球菌感染。

In June 2023,a total of 70 infectious diseases were reported globally,affecting 236 countries and regions.Except for influenza,the top five infectious diseases affecting greatest number of countries and regions were COVID-19(236),monkeypox(112),dengue fever(29),measles(27)and cholera(19).The top five infectious diseases with highest case fatality rates were Marburg virus disease(83.7%),Lassa fever(17.1%),plague(13.8%),Crimean-congo hemorrhagic fever(7.9%)and meningitis(6.4%).The top five infectious diseases with greatest number of deaths were COVID-19,cholera,measles,dengue fever and meningitis.The prevalent infectious diseases in Asia were COVID-19,cholera,monkeypox,Crimean-congo hemorrhagic fever and dengue fever,the prevalent infectious diseases in Africa were COVID-19,cholera,Lassa fever,monkeypox and meningitis,the prevalent infectious diseases in America were COVID-19,monkeypox,dengue fever and Chikungunya fever,the prevalent infectious disease in Europe were COVID-19 and invasive group A streptococcus infection.
