The harmless composting treatment process of livestock and poultry manure using rapid high temperature composting secondary fermentation technology was introduced,and related equipment was designed.This composting treatment process has the advantages of short composting cycle,less land occupation,and low engineering investment.The design adopts the integrated equipment of primary composting and secondary composting,with compact structure,eliminating the intermediate links from primary compost to secondary compost discharge and feeding,and reducing secondary pollution to the environment.Mixed feedback of temperature and oxygen content was used to control the operation of the fan,so as to achieve rapid decomposition of organic matter and improve compost quality.The introduced and designed harmless composting treatment technology and equipment of livestock and poultry manure realize the mechanization and energy saving of the composting process,save composting time,improve composting efficiency,and have high use value.
