点阵材料在准静态和动态压缩下的力学行为研究

摘要 点阵材料是一种多功能轻质材料,在能量吸收领域具有良好的应用前景。通过激光选区熔化技术设计并制备四种不同单胞构型的316L不锈钢点阵材料,具体为体心立方、面心立方、体心立方垂直棱柱、面心立方垂直棱柱。通过材料试验机和高速拉伸机开展在10-3 s-1和100 s-1应变率下的压缩试验,研究点阵材料在准静态和动态载荷下的力学性能。结果表明,单胞类型对点阵材料的能量吸收有显著影响。在点阵材料的单胞结构中增加Z方向垂直棱柱,可以极大增大应力平台应力。随着载荷速率的提高,点阵材料的能量吸收能力提高,由此表明点阵材料存在明显的应变率效应。 The lattice material is a multifunctional lightweight material with good application prospect in the field of energy absorption.Four different cell configurations of 316L stainless steel lattice materials were designed and prepared by laser selective melting technology,specifically body centered cube,face centered cube,body centered vertical prism,and face centered vertical prism.The mechanical properties of lattice material under quasi static and dynamic loads were studied by material testing machine and high speed tensile machine under compression tests at strain rates of 10-3 s-1 and 100 s-1.The results show that the cell type has a significant effect on the energy absorption of the lattice material.Adding vertical prism in the Z direction to the cell structure of the lattice material can greatly increase the stress of the stress plateau.With the increase of load rate,the energy absorption capacity of the lattice material increases,which indicates that the lattice material has a significant strain rate effect.
