摘要
在我国积极应对气候变化,努力实现“3060”双碳目标的背景下,新能源产业是能源行业未来发展的重点之一,其发展速度和质量,取决于能否培育一支规模宏大,具备全球引领能力和行业影响力的新能源青年科技人才队伍。以D集团为例,分析了目前新能源青年科技人才培养中存在的问题,提出通过加快新能源科技人才战略性布局、深入推进新能源领域产学研结合、提升新能源青年科技人才培养实效、营造开放包容的新能源青年科技人才生态等方式,大力培养新能源产业优秀青年科技人才,为全球能源绿色低碳转型贡献中国方案和中国智慧。
In the context of China's active response to climate change and effort to achieve the 3060 goal,the new energy industry is one of the priorities of the energy industry in the near future,and the speed and quality of its development depends on the cultivation of a large scale,globally leading scientific and technological talent team.Taking Group D as an example,the current problems in the cultivation of young scientific and technological talent for new energy industry,and it was proposed to vigorously cultivate outstanding scientific and technological talents in new energy field by accelerating the strategic layout of new energy scientific and technological talent,deeply promoting the combination of industry,academia and research in new energy field,improving the effectiveness of cultivating scientific and technological talent in new energy,and creating an open and inclusive ecology of scientific and technological talent in new energy,so as to contribute China's solution and Chinese wisdom to the global energy green low carbon transformation.
