超前防冲支护支架选型设计

摘要 通过某矿巷道超前支护支架的选型设计,旨在提供一种适合冲击压矿井的远距离支护方案;分别从支架选型设计、防冲形式、经济性、井下使用效果等几方面阐述ZQ4000/20.6/45型单元支架均是该矿最合适的超前防冲支护支架。结果证明:装配大流量安全阀的ZQ4000/20.6/45型单元支架具有一定的防冲效果,满足该矿支护需求,达到预期投资目标,对其他矿井巷道支护具有一定的借鉴意义。 Through the selection design of the advanced hydraulic support of a mine roadway,aim to provide a long-distance support scheme suitable for impact mine.The ZQ4000/20.6/45 support is the most suitable advanced anti-impact support in this mine from the aspects of support selection design,anti-impact form,economy and underground use effect.The results show that the ZQ4000/20.6/45 unit support equipped with large flow safety valve has certain anti-impact effect,meets the mine support requirements,achieves the expected investment target,and has certain reference significance for other mine roadway support.
