刮板输送设备关键零部件减摩降阻研究

摘要 磨损是造成刮板输送装备零部件失效的主要原因。降低刮板输送设备运行阻力,减少磨损是提升刮板输送设备寿命及可靠性的关键。详细研究了刮板输送设备关键零部件减摩降阻技术,提出了中部槽双销定位哑铃销联接结构、刮板链悬链结构、轻量化刮板、下沉式可更换中板转载机凸槽、渐变缓爬坡过渡段、GR链窝链轮等关键技术,降低设备运行阻力,降低功耗,全面提升使用寿命及可靠性。 Wear is the main reason for the failure of scraper conveying equipment component.Reducing the running resistance of scraper conveying equipment and reducing wear are the key to improve the life and reliability of scraper conveying equipment.The technology of reducing friction and resistance for key components of scraper conveyor was studied in detail,and key technologies such as double pin positioning dumbbell pin connection structure in the middle slot,scraper chain suspension structure,lightweight scraper,sinking replaceable middle plate loader convex slot,gradual gradual ramp transition section,GR chain socket sprocket were put forward to reduce the running resistance of equipment,reduce power consumption,and comprehensively improve the service life and reliability.
