矿用输送链轮齿沟分离量参数的确定及对链条啮合影响分析

摘要 首先对矿用输送链轮齿形设计中的齿沟分离量参数存在的必要性及其对链轮参数的影响关系进行了理论分析;其次,分析了现有输送链轮标准对于齿沟分离量的规定及基于链条节距磨损伸长得出了其与齿沟分离量的关系;最终,基于刚体动力学仿真对比分析了齿沟分离量对链条动态性能的影响。结果表明,齿沟分离量的存在一定程度上降低了链条传动的平稳性,对于矿用少齿数、大节距链传动输送系统有着重要的影响。 Firstly,the necessity of the tooth groove separation parameters in the tooth profile design of mining conveying sprocket and its influence on the sprocket parameters were analyzed.Secondly,the relationship between the tooth groove separation and the tooth groove separation quantity were obtained by analyzing the provisions of the existing sprocket standard and based on the wear and elongation of the chain pitch.Finally,the influence of groove separation on the meshing performance of the chain was compared and analyzed based on the rigid body dynamics simulation.The results shows that the existence of tooth groove separation reduces the stability of the chain transmission to some extent,it has important influences on the chain transmission system,especially for few teeth and large pitch sprocket.
