摘要
目前,市面上主流的煤矿全液压钻机基本采用2种工作方式:针对煤岩硬度普氏系数f≤3的旋转式钻进方式和针对煤岩硬度普氏系数3<f≤6的旋转加冲击钻进方式。在这2种钻进运动方式下,钻进用的钻杆和钻进煤岩两者之间的速度不一致,从而导致两者的受力大小也不相同,所以,对不同钻进方式下钻杆钻进时的性能进行分析研究。
At present,the mainstream all-hydraulic drilling rig in coal mine basically adopts two working methods:the rotary drilling method for the coal rock with the Protodyakonov coefficient of hardness f≤3,and the rotary drilling method for the coal rock with the Protodyakono coefficient of hardness 3<f≤6.In these two drilling modes,the speed of drill pipe used in drilling is inconsistent with that of coal rock,which leads to the difference in force between the two.Therefore,the performance of drill pipe drilling was analyzed and studied under different drilling methods.
