摘要
活柱是液压支架立柱的核心零部件,一般表面都需要进行电镀处理。为避免实心活柱电镀后镀层起泡问题,实心活柱传统工艺一般都采取半精车后消氢的方法降低镀层起泡的概率,但传统工艺工件物流转运次数多、生产效率低。经过对实心活柱工艺方案调整,在调质后直接消氢可以有效地避免镀层起泡现象。
The movable column is the core part of the hydraulic support column,and the general surface needs to be electroplated.In order to avoid the bubbling problem of the coating of the solid movable column after electroplating,the traditional process of solid living column generally adopts the method of dehydrogenation after semi-finishing to reduce the probability of bubbling of the coating,but the traditional process of workpiece logistics transfer times,low production efficiency.After adjusting the solid movable column process,direct dehydrogenation after quenching and tempering can effectively avoid the bubbling phenomenon of coating.
