摘要
随着薄煤层自动化成套综采装备的发展,对薄煤层液压支架的可靠性要求越来越高。针对薄煤层液压支架的布置和支护方式进行了研究,提出具体解决措施。并通过有限元分析软件,对其中一种最恶劣的工况进行了分析,对支架结构的合理性进行了研究。
With the development of complete sets of fully mechanized mining equipment in thin coal seam,the reliability of hydraulic support in thin coal seam is increasingly required.The layout and support mode of hydraulic support in thin coal seam were studied,and specific solutions were proposed.Through the finite element analysis software,one of the worst working conditions was analyzed to study the rationality of the support structure.
