采区共用回风的优化改造

摘要 矿井布置有若干个采区,每个采区布置一定数量的进风巷道和回风巷道及通风设施构建了采区通风系统。在实际生产过程中,受实际地质条件、施工工期、生产衔接等方面的因素影响,导致了部分通风巷道共用的现象。共用回风巷的危害极大,不但会造成通风系统不稳定、瓦斯积存等隐患,严重的还会造成瓦斯爆炸、煤尘爆炸等事故。共用回风巷区别于串联通风,在日常管理中常因其具有隐蔽的特点容易与角联通风混淆,需要通过专业绘制的通风网络图和相关专业图纸来分辨,需要专业人员进行鉴别和管理。结合矿井实际对采区共用回风巷提出针对性的优化改造,消除采区共用回风巷存在的安全隐患。 There are several mining areas arranged in the mine,and each mining area is arranged with a certain amount of air inlet roadway,air return roadway and ventilation facilities to build the ventilation system of the mining area.In the actual production process,affected by the actual geological conditions,construction period,production connection and other factors,some ventilation tunnels are shared.The hazard of common air return roadway is great,which will not only cause instability of ventilation system,gas accumulation and other hidden dangers,but also cause gas explosion,coal dust explosion and other accidents.The common return air lane is different from the serial ventilation.In daily management,it is often confused with the corner ventilation because of its hidden characteristics.It needs to be distinguished by the ventilation network diagram and relevant professional drawings drawn by professionals,and needs to be identified and managed by professionals.In combination with the actual situation of the mine,it is very important to propose targeted optimization and reformation of the common air return roadway in the mining area,eliminate the potential safety hazards in the common air return roadway in the mining area.
