摘要
对掘进机后支撑腿进行了受力分析,结合后支撑腿与掘进机整机的相互作用,得出有关受力方程。利用有限元分析软件对后支撑腿结构进行有针对性的研究。采用掘进机模拟试验分析结果对后支撑腿的结构进行优化设计,以达到减轻重量并提高强度的目的。
A force analysis was conducted on the rear support leg of the roadheader,and the relevant force equations were obtained based on the interaction between the rear support leg and the entire roadheader.Conducted targeted research on the rear support leg structureby using finite element analysis software.Optimized the structure of the rear support legby using the simulation test results of a roadheader to reduce the weight and improve the strength.
