摘要
目前市场上液压支架的推移机构大多采用倒装推移千斤顶配合箱式推杆的形式,排浮煤效果不是很理想,原因在于箱式推杆设计为全封闭结构且箱形高度有限制,排浮煤只能靠推杆尾部的空隙。针对排浮煤的难点,引入半封闭实心推杆的概念,在满足结构强度的同时将底板后部设计为镂空结构,使碎煤矸从推杆底板后部排出,并在实际应用中取得了不错效果,解决了液压支架在采煤工作面中排浮煤的问题。
At present,the advancing mechanism of hydraulic support on the market is mostly in the form of reverse-acting advancing cylinder and box type relay bar,which has unideal effect for floating coal drainage.The relay bar is designed as a fully enclosed structure,and has a limited height,that only the end clearance of the relay bar could be used for floating coal drainage.Aiming at the difficulty of floating coal drainage,introduced the concept of semi closed solid relay bar.It could meet the structural requirements,the rear of the bottom plate was designed as a hollow structure to clear the broken coal from the rear of the bottom plate,has achieved good results in practical application,and solved the problem that hydraulic support to clear floating coal at the working face.
